How do I submit my photo(s)?
You will upload your photo above in the designated section before placing your order. You can upload directly from your phone or designated saved location.
What kind of photo works best?
For the best results, choose clear, high-resolution images. Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily cropped photos.
Can I submit more than one photo?
Yes! You can submit multiple images. If you'd like a duplicate of a specific image just upload it the number of times you'd like it processed.
How long does production take?
Our standard production time is 3–5 business days. Larger orders may take slightly longer. Most orders will be shipped prior to the 5 business day timeline.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush production is available for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
How will my magnets be shipped?
We package magnets securely to prevent damage and ship via USPS or UPS. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Can I add text or a design to my magnet?
Absolutely! We can add event dates, names, short messages, or small logos for an additional customization fee. Or we can send you a Canva template so you can add all the details yourself submit it at upload.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

What if I’m unhappy with my order?
Although we don't offer refunds on custom orders, we take pride in our work and want you to be thrilled with your magnets. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
